“No more self hatred. Just love yourself. If you throw it on and you like it, like it. Stand up for yourself. Cause as soon as you tell someone else you like it, they’ll tell you they like it, too. Because everybody is a wimp. Anybody who criticizes you is a wimp. So be you. And be you loud, and be you strong, and be you to the maximum. That’s all it is in this world, baby.”—John Mayer (via pinkingupthepieces)
“According to reports today, Apple once again lost a prototype iPhone after it was left in a bar last month.”
Cava 22, a restaurant in San Francisco’s mission district, is the purported location where the phone was misplaced late last month.
Determined to get their property back, Apple tracked the device to a home in the Bernal Heights area of San Francisco, where police officials questioned a man in his twenties regarding the location of the phone and even searched the property to try to locate it. The man admitted that he had no knowledge of its whereabouts, despite reportedly being offered money by Apple employees in exchange for information.
In addition, there are speculations that the device has already been sold on Craigslist. Developers have already been given a version of Apple’s new phone, but they are said to be using the identical casing as the iPhone 4. Considering its physical makeup is the same as the current iPhone, a Craigslist seller may have sold it without knowing that it was actually the iPhone 4’s successor.
“I can’t wait for Amy Winehouse to put out another record”..A quote I’ve heard many people, including myself say over the past few years. Regardless of her demons, most people who had any musical sense knew that this girl rocked.
Columbia Records announced today that they were going to release the most recent recording of Amy since her passing. A duet with Tony Bennett. It seems like a perfect swan song for her to go out (on such unfortunate circumstances).
There won’t be an NFL lockout, but what there will be is mayhem in the free agency/rookie signing markets.
What teams had to do all summer, they know have only a few days to do before training camp and the “official” start of the season. Why people thought that both sides wouldn’t come together to make around $10 BILLION this year, I don’t know. But it’s not a surprise to me. Let the free agency frenzy commence…
